Marketing Strategist

Fort Lauderdale, FL
Full Time
Marketing
Entry Level

Are you the person who always has the next idea?

We’re looking for a high-energy, creative, hands-on Marketing Strategist who loves turning ideas into action.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and wait for direction. We want a marketer who will learn our businesses, understand our customers, partner closely with our Sales and Operations leaders, and then bring ideas to the table and run with them.

One week you might be developing an email campaign and creating social content. The next, you could be helping Sales tell a stronger story, preparing for a trade show, refreshing website content, building a campaign in HubSpot, or coming to the leadership team with an idea we haven't thought of yet.

Most importantly, we want someone who makes the people around them better and more effective. Our Sales and Operations leaders should be able to say, “Marketing has this covered.”

What You'll Own

You'll have the opportunity to put your fingerprints on virtually every aspect of our marketing, including:

  • Social media & content: Own our social presence and content calendar, develop engaging posts and campaigns, and continually look for new ways to tell our story.
  • Email marketing: Build and execute creative, targeted email campaigns—from concept and messaging through deployment, follow-up, and measurement.
  • Campaign development: Create integrated campaigns across email, digital, social, content, events, and partner channels that support lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Sales enablement: Become a go-to marketing partner for our Sales team by creating presentations, collateral, case studies, messaging, campaigns, and other tools that help them sell.
  • Operations partnership: Work with Operations to better understand our clients, products, and value proposition—and turn that knowledge into compelling marketing.
  • Events & trade shows: Help us stand out. Own the planning, promotion, execution, and follow-up for conferences, trade shows, webinars, and client events.
  • Website & digital presence: Keep our websites fresh, relevant, and aligned with our evolving businesses.
  • HubSpot & Salesforce: Use our platforms to build campaigns, nurture leads, improve workflows, maintain quality data, and help us understand what's working.
  • Strategy: Help shape our go-to-market strategy, annual marketing roadmap, positioning, messaging, and priorities—not just execute someone else's plan.
  • Measurement: Track results, learn from the data, and continuously improve what we're doing.

The role also owns marketing-related agency/vendor relationships and helps determine when outside expertise makes sense—so we're looking for someone comfortable both doing the work themselves and directing others when needed, consistent with the broader scope of the position. Marketing_Strategist

The Person We're Looking For

Yes, experience matters. But how you work matters just as much.

You'll probably thrive here if you are someone who:

  • Has energy, curiosity, and a steady stream of ideas
  • Is creative but also knows how to get things across the finish line
  • Doesn't need to be handed a detailed list of instructions
  • Sees an opportunity and says, “I've got an idea for that.”
  • Is comfortable creating social content and managing a company's social presence
  • Knows how to build and execute effective email campaigns
  • Can write—and knows the difference between technically correct copy and messaging that actually gets someone's attention
  • Enjoys working closely with Sales and genuinely wants to make selling easier
  • Can move comfortably between strategy and execution
  • Is organized enough to manage multiple projects without losing momentum
  • Is willing to experiment, measure results, learn, and try something different
  • Can work with executives while still being perfectly comfortable rolling up their sleeves and doing the work

What You'll Bring

We're targeting someone with approximately 2 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within fintech, SaaS, payments, technology, or another regulated industry. Experience with demand generation, sales-aligned campaigns, trade shows, HubSpot and Salesforce will be especially valuable.

But we're not looking for someone who simply checks every box.

We're looking for a builder, creator, problem-solver, and internal partner who can take ownership of marketing and help us elevate how we go to market.

Why Autoscribe?

At Autoscribe Corporation, you'll have something marketers don't always get: room to create.

You'll work directly with senior leaders and have the opportunity to influence how we position our businesses, reach prospective clients, support Sales, engage existing customers, and tell our story.

We want your ideas. We want you to challenge the status quo. And when you see an opportunity to do something better, we want you to bring it forward.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our Fort Lauderdale office, with travel of up to approximately 20% for trade shows and team meetings. Marketing_Strategist

If you're looking for a marketing role where you'll be given ownership, visibility, and the freedom to bring great ideas to life, we'd love to meet you.
