PaymentVision, a division of Autoscribe Corporation, is seeking a Vice President of Sales to drive our next phase of growth. This is a player–coach leadership role designed for a proven sales executive who thrives in the field while building and leading a high-performing sales organization.

The VP of Sales will personally generate new business while mentoring and scaling a talented sales team. This leader will be responsible for driving pipeline growth, closing strategic opportunities, and executing a modern go-to-market strategy within the FinTech and payments ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

Drive New Revenue Growth

  • Personally generate new revenue through prospecting, relationship development, and closing strategic deals

  • Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently exceed revenue targets

  • Lead complex, high-value opportunities from initial engagement through contract execution

  • Identify new verticals and market opportunities to expand revenue streams

Lead Sales Strategy

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives

  • Own forecasting and ensure predictable revenue performance

  • Continuously refine pipeline management, sales processes, and messaging to improve conversion and velocity

Player–Coach Leadership

  • Lead by example through active participation in prospecting, meetings, and deal closing

  • Coach and mentor sales team members on pipeline strategy, deal development, and closing techniques

  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals

  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement

Build Strategic Relationships

  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders

  • Represent PaymentVision at industry conferences, client meetings, and networking events

  • Serve as a senior leader in strategic negotiations and enterprise sales engagements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing on go-to-market strategy and demand generation

  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to ensure strong product-market alignment

  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to the executive team


What You Bring

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including executive sales leadership

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in the payments, FinTech, or financial services space

  • Demonstrated success as both a sales leader and individual contributor

  • Strong experience with Salesforce, sales analytics, and forecasting tools

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

  • Experience building and managing geographically distributed teams

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)


Work Environment

  • Full-time leadership role

  • Travel approximately 30–40% for client engagement and industry events

  • Collaborative work environment with a high-performing leadership team
