Autoscribe is a premium payment processing company with a long-standing reputation for reliability, innovation, and exceptional client service. We are seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing execution while learning from and collaborating closely with an external CMO-led marketing firm.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketer to gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines in a structured, real-world environment, while contributing to the growth and visibility of an established organization.

This role is less than 30 hours per week and ideal for someone with some marketing experience or who is actively pursuing a marketing degree (Associate’s degree or higher).


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing initiatives aligned with strategies developed by our external CMO partner

  • Coordinate with the external marketing team on campaigns, timelines, and deliverables

  • Assist with content execution (email campaigns, social media posts, basic website updates, marketing materials)

  • Support brand consistency across channels and materials

  • Help track marketing activities and basic performance metrics

  • Manage light project coordination and follow‑ups to keep initiatives moving

  • Maintain organized marketing assets, calendars, and documentation

  • Provide general marketing and administrative support as needed


Required Qualifications

  • Some prior marketing experience OR currently working toward a marketing degree (Associate’s degree acceptable)

  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts (digital, content, branding, or communications)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to follow established processes and execute against defined plans

  • Comfortable collaborating with external partners and internal stakeholders


Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, or basic CMS platforms

  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Salesforce or Hubspot, Google Workspace, or marketing automation software

  • Internship, part‑time, or project‑based marketing experience

Work Details
