Position Summary

The Revenue Marketing Manager is responsible for the technical execution, optimization, and scalability of Autoscribe’s marketing engine, with a primary focus on HubSpot, Salesforce coordination, campaign operations, automation, and performance measurement.

This role bridges marketing strategy and execution by turning growth plans into functioning campaigns, systems, and measurable outcomes. The position owns core marketing infrastructure including CRM processes, lead lifecycle management, reporting, segmentation, tracking, and campaign deployment.

The ideal candidate is equal parts analytical, technical, and strategic — someone who enjoys building efficient systems while also contributing to marketing growth initiatives that directly impact pipeline and revenue.

This individual will work closely with Marketing Leadership, Sales Leadership, and external partners to improve lead generation, funnel conversion, customer engagement, and revenue performance, while helping shape the future scalability of the marketing organization.


What You’ll Do

Own Marketing Systems & Data Quality

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot and Salesforce marketing processes
  • Build and maintain workflows, automations, segmentation, lead routing, and lifecycle stages
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy, cleanliness, governance, and documentation
  • Improve marketing operational efficiency and scalability

Execute Revenue Marketing Campaigns

  • Build and launch email campaigns, nurture programs, webinars, partner campaigns, and customer communications
  • Create and manage landing page flows, forms, tracking, and campaign assets
  • Coordinate campaign execution across internal stakeholders and external vendors

Support Paid Media & Funnel Performance

  • Manage conversion tracking, form integrations, attribution, and reporting
  • Support Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing initiatives
  • Improve funnel visibility and campaign performance measurement

Improve Lead Lifecycle & Sales Alignment

  • Support lead scoring, routing, handoff processes, and pipeline visibility
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to improve lead follow-up and conversion processes
  • Help align marketing and sales around revenue goals and reporting

Measure Performance & Drive Optimization

  • Build dashboards and analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, ROI, attribution, and pipeline contribution
  • Identify trends, diagnose funnel gaps, and recommend optimization opportunities
  • Present actionable insights to leadership teams

Grow into Broader Marketing Leadership

  • Partner with leadership on campaign planning, audience strategy, messaging execution, and vendor management
  • Contribute to future marketing process improvements and team scalability initiatives
  • Expand ownership into broader revenue marketing and growth initiatives over time

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce
  • Experience with email marketing, campaign automation, and reporting
  • Experience measuring campaign and funnel performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot and/or Salesforce certifications
  • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or paid media reporting
  • Experience with ABM tools or account-based marketing strategies
  • Experience in B2B, fintech, financial services, or payment processing industries
  • Exposure to RevOps or pipeline management frameworks

Core Competencies

Marketing Technology

Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation systems including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, or similar platforms. Familiarity with analytics tools, conversion tracking, and website CMS platforms such as WordPress.

Ability to interpret data, identify meaningful trends, diagnose issues, and turn insights into measurable action.

Understands how marketing activities connect to revenue growth, customer acquisition, customer retention, and sales performance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Leadership, and external partners.

Self-starter who proactively solves problems, improves processes, and drives projects forward with limited oversight.

Demonstrated desire and capability to grow into broader ownership of marketing strategy, campaign management, and future team leadership.

Position Details

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Travel: Occasional travel up to 25%, including overnight travel as needed
