Client Success Specialist

Lyons Commercial Data | Autoscribe Corporation

Are you someone who builds strong relationships, asks great questions, and genuinely enjoys helping clients succeed?

Lyons Commercial Data is looking for a Client Success Specialist to serve as a trusted partner to our clients—helping them get the most value from our products and services while strengthening relationships, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for growth.

This is more than a customer service role. You'll develop a deep understanding of your clients' businesses, anticipate their needs, help solve problems, and connect them with solutions that support their goals. You'll also work closely with teams across Lyons and Autoscribe—including Sales, Operations, Product, Implementation, and Finance—to ensure our clients receive a seamless and consistently positive experience.

If you're relationship-driven, commercially minded, organized, and enjoy being the person who brings people together to get things done, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Build relationships clients value

  • Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted partner for an assigned portfolio of Lyons Commercial Data clients.

  • Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders and key decision-makers.

  • Learn each client's business, goals, priorities, challenges, and evolving needs.

  • Maintain proactive communication and monitor client satisfaction and overall account health.

  • Identify concerns early and coordinate solutions before they become larger issues.

  • Support client retention, contract renewals, and long-term relationship development.

Help clients—and their relationships with Lyons—grow

  • Identify opportunities for clients to gain additional value through Lyons products, services, features, and capabilities.

  • Understand client usage, transaction activity, and revenue performance to uncover opportunities for increased adoption and account growth.

  • Partner with internal teams to recommend solutions aligned with client business objectives.

  • Monitor account billing and revenue and help ensure contractual opportunities are captured accurately.

  • Serve as a resource for client invoicing questions, coordinating with Finance and other teams when needed.

Turn client conversations into strategy

  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other strategic client meetings.

  • Help develop insightful, relevant QBR content focused on performance, utilization, opportunities, recommendations, and future needs.

  • Gather and document client requirements for new services, enhancements, and functionality.

  • Stay informed about our products, services, capabilities, and roadmap so you can connect clients with the right opportunities.

  • Bring client feedback and emerging needs back into the organization to help inform internal decisions.

Own the client experience

  • Help coordinate the client journey from implementation and onboarding through adoption, ongoing service, renewal, and expansion.

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, Implementation, Finance, and Support to keep client priorities moving forward.

  • Track commitments, open items, deliverables, and follow-up activities—and make sure things don't fall through the cracks.

  • Coordinate and escalate client concerns when necessary, bringing the right people together to drive resolution.

  • Maintain accurate client information, interactions, opportunities, and follow-up activities within our CRM and other systems.

What Will Make You Successful

We're looking for someone who is naturally curious about clients and their businesses and who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.

You'll likely thrive in this role if you are:

  • Client-focused: You care about creating a great client experience and building relationships that feel like true partnerships.

  • Proactive: You anticipate needs, spot opportunities, and take action.

  • A strong communicator: You're comfortable speaking with clients and internal stakeholders and can communicate clearly and professionally in writing.

  • An active listener: You ask thoughtful questions, listen for what's really important, and understand different perspectives.

  • Commercially aware: You understand that exceptional client success means creating value for the client while supporting retention and responsible revenue growth.

  • Highly organized: You can manage multiple clients, priorities, commitments, and deadlines without losing sight of the details.

  • A problem solver: You don't simply identify an issue—you help bring the right people together to solve it.

  • A collaborative teammate: You build strong internal relationships and work across departments to achieve the best outcome for the client and the company.

What We're Looking For

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent relevant professional experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in client success, account management, relationship management, client services, or another client-facing role.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and competing priorities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.

  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with agreements, billing, revenue, and account information.

  • Experience working within a CRM or similar client management platform.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, payments, data services, or another B2B technology environment is a plus.
