The Senior Revenue Marketing Manager is a high-impact, mid-senior level role responsible for leading all marketing efforts across PaymentVision and Lyons Commercial Data. This position is designed for a high-output, strategic marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is capable of owning the full marketing engine — from demand generation and campaign strategy to sales enablement and trade show execution. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, the Senior Revenue Marketing Manager will operate as a true partner to Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership to ensure that all marketing initiatives directly support revenue goals. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and tactical execution, with clear accountability for performance. We operate using Salesforce as our CRM, Microsoft 365 for productivity, Zoom for communication and virtual events, Constant Contact for email marketing automation, and Beautiful.ai, Canva, and SharePoint for marketing asset creation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue-Aligned Campaign Strategy
•Design and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive MQLs, SQLs, and closed-won revenue
•Align campaigns with product launches, outbound motions, and sales targets
•Develop campaign calendars, messaging frameworks, and tracking systems with input from Sales and Product

Sales Enablement & Collaboration
•Build and maintain a complete suite of sales collateral: decks, battlecards, onboarding kits, objection-handling one-pagers, and case studies
•Partner with AEs and SDRs to align assets with target personas and active deal stages
•Collaborate with marketing staff for asset deadlines and deliverables
•Work with Salesforce Admin to ensure attribution and campaign tagging integrity

Event & Trade Show Marketing
•Own end-to-end strategy and execution for trade shows and field events
•Manage pre-event promotion, booth branding, signage, and post-show ROI reporting
•Coordinate logistics and lead tracking with the Sales team and internal ops support

Brand & Content Ownership
•Ensure message consistency across all external content and channels
•Maintain visual brand integrity through Canva, Beautiful.ai, and internal templates
•Contribute to vertical-specific GTM storytelling and thought leadership assets

Reporting & Marketing Ops
•Create dashboards for marketing performance using SharePoint, Beautiful.ai, or other internal tools
•Track lead scoring, routing, attribution, and campaign influence in Salesforce
•Analyze performance data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness

90-Day Success Metrics
Within the first 90 days, the Senior Revenue Marketing Manager will be expected to:
•Launch and report on 2+ multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to sales goals
•Generate at least 50 MQLs and track conversion to SQLs in Salesforce
•Own and execute all marketing components of at least 2 trade shows, including ROI reports
•Develop and deliver a complete AE sales enablement toolkit
•Present a 90-day marketing roadmap to Sales Leadership with campaign calendar and KPIs

Required Qualifications
•6–10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries
•Proven success managing demand gen and sales-aligned campaigns
•Experience developing trade show strategies and supporting end-to-end execution
•Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Constant Contact, and Canva/Beautiful.ai
•Strong communication and project management skills; ability to lead independently

Preferred Qualifications
•Background in payments, financial services, or compliance-driven B2B environments
•Familiarity with ABM strategies, lead scoring, attribution models, and MQL/SQL funnel metrics
•Experience presenting to executive teams and supporting internal marketing reporting cadence
