Position Summary

The Marketing Manager will be instrumental in developing, overseeing, and executing Autoscribe's marketing strategies. Responsible for assisting in the build-out of the formal, annual strategic marketing plan and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, this role will also manage campaign calendars, budgets, and KPIs to ensure successful execution. Acting as the key liaison with our third-party marketing agency, the Marketing Manager will coordinate cross-functional activities and support business objectives.

Position Type and Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, requiring a regular schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Additional hours may be necessary from time to time.

Travel

This role includes up to 25% travel, primarily outside the local area, with occasional overnight stays to attend industry events, trade shows, or company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Plan Execution: Fully execute an annual marketing plan, updating quarterly, to support company goals.
  • Positioning & Targeting: Define brand positioning, target audience, and marketing plans across multiple channels and segments.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze target market data, customer insights, and trends to identify effective strategies and recommendations.
  • Content Management & Analytics: Oversee analytics reporting across platforms, tracking insights for campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Budget Management: Forecast, draft, implement, and monitor the Marketing Department budget, ensuring alignment with goals.
  • Campaign Coordination: Lead marketing programs, leveraging internal resources and managing collaboration with third-party partners.
  • Advertising & Promotions: Direct and execute Autoscribe’s advertising, promotions, and public relations activities.
  • Calendar & Documentation: Maintain a monthly campaign calendar and document communication strategies and tactics.
  • Lead Funnel Optimization: Manage lead funnel strategies to drive effective engagement and optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with senior executives and key leadership to align marketing strategies with business growth objectives.
  • Website & SEO Management: Oversee corporate website strategy, lead acquisition, SEO, and targeted advertising, as well as content updates and enhancements.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Comprehensive understanding of market trends and marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
  • Excellent supervisory and leadership skills to guide team initiatives.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and capable of creating compelling presentations and reports.
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) for campaign management and analysis.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of four years of marketing experience, with a proven record in strategic planning and campaign execution.
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) for system querying, campaign setup, and analytics.

Preferred Experience

  • Proficiency in graphic design for digital and print collateral.
  • Familiarity with Web Content Management Systems, such as WordPress.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like Sharpspring and Click Dimensions.
  • Basic knowledge of CSS/HTML for content formatting and website enhancements.
